Why does execution stall in small teams?
Because ownership is unclear: the task exists, but who owns it, when it is due and who follows up are not, so it sits until someone remembers it. The fix is a shared system for tasks, owners and follow-through, backed by written SOPs and workflows — so new people learn faster and recurring mistakes drop instead of repeating with every new hire.
In my experience: the hardest part was finding strong people. So I built SOPs, boards and clearer workflows — so new team members learn faster, ownership gets clear, team development accelerates, and recurring mistakes drop.
