Who is Omar Mostafa
Omar Mostafa is an e-commerce entrepreneur, brand builder and e-commerce systems builder, focused primarily on Health & Beauty. He works from Egypt and serves Egypt and the wider MENA region.
I build the company as a whole system
I don’t treat marketing as an isolated function — I build the company across three connected layers that can grow and scale:
Brand
From market and customer need, to product development and manufacturing, to building and launching the brand.
Growth
From creative, offers and ads, to conversion, unit economics and profitable growth.
Systems
From operations, teams and data, to the automation, AI and technology that run and scale it.
A 13-year journey
I moved one step at a time: seller → trader → importer → manufacturer → brand builder → systems builder. Each stage built on the last — selling, trade, importing, manufacturing, then building consumer brands and the systems that run them.

I entered beauty through importing, then manufacturing, and built hands-on product knowledge from the factory floor — from formulation to packaging to brand. That is why building Health & Beauty brands is where I can add real value.
How I build
Market & Product
I start from the market, not the product. I read the market, the target customers and their needs, then develop the right product and offer — and build a brand around it with a clear place in the market.
Marketing & Growth
A good product needs an effective way to reach the customer. I build the growth engine — content, offers, ads, and conversion — focused on the economics that make growth profitable, not just more sales.
Operations & Systems
The more you grow, the more pressure on operations. So I build the operations, teams, data, and technology that let the company absorb growth and scale — without turning into chaos.
What I’m working on now
I build and operate consumer brands in Health & Beauty, and I’m building Rebhni — an operating system for e-commerce businesses. The goal isn’t one company, but an ecosystem of brands, teams and technology that strengthen each other over time.
