Systems I've Built

Content Intelligence

One of the systems I built to run real e-commerce operations.

Problem

Creative production turns chaotic as volume grows.

System

A workflow linking ideas, briefs, creators, assets, spend, performance, and learnings.

Purpose

Turn creative testing into organizational knowledge.

The question it answers

How do you turn creative testing into knowledge that stays in the company?

By linking the whole creative cycle in one place: the idea, the brief, who produced it, the asset, its spend, its performance, and the learning that came out of it. Without that link every experiment stays in one person's head or a sheet, and as volume grows the company re-runs the same tests and pays for them twice. The link makes "what worked and why" a company asset instead of an individual's memory.

From experience

In my experience: as spend and creative volume grew, knowledge kept getting lost across sheets and people. This system turns creative experiments into knowledge that stays inside the company — not in one person's head.
