Systems I've Built

AI Automations

One of the systems I built to run real e-commerce operations.

Problem

The same manual decisions repeat across the business every day.

System

AI-assisted flows for routing, tagging, replies, and reporting.

Purpose

Free people for judgment, not busywork.

The question it answers

Where does AI genuinely help an e-commerce operation?

In the repeated decisions and tasks that follow a clear pattern: routing orders and messages, tagging, recurring replies, and assembling reports. Those get done by hand every day and consume time without adding judgment. It does not belong in decisions that need context and judgment — there it should prepare the information and leave the call to a person.

From experience

In my experience: the same manual decisions and tasks repeated every day — reviewing order statuses, assembling reports by hand. Automation freed that time for judgment, not routine.
